In addition, 1 sleeping loft (140 × 200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130 × 200) as well as a large sofa bed (150 × 200) and the double bed (160 × 200) in the garden room. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

Unsere moderne Zweitwohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Aachen in direkter Nähe zum Rathaus. In 2 Gehminuten erreicht man das Aachener Studentenviertel mit vielen günstigen Restaurants, Bars und einem Supermarkt. Bei einer Mietdauer von mehr als 90 Tagen unterbreiten wir gerne ein individuelles Angebot. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, 44 qm groß und befindet sich zur alleinigen Nutzung in der 3. Etage. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein 1,80x2,00m Boxspringbett und das Bad ist frisch renoviert.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

It is on the third floor of a multi-story dwelling (elevator NOT available), has a living space of about 55 square meters with a bedroom that sleeps three. It is located in the centre of Aachen, about 5–7 minutes' walk to Aachen Cathedral, Carolus Thermen, Stadt Park and the Christmas market. Chio is about 2 km away by car or 20–30 minutes on foot through a beautiful city park. From 01/01/2026, the city of Aachen will charge €2.50 per person per night. The fee is payable on arrival.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
