Bei einer Mietdauer von mehr als 90 Tagen unterbreiten wir gerne ein individuelles Angebot. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, 44 qm groß und befindet sich zur alleinigen Nutzung in der 3. Etage. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein 1,80x2,00m Boxspringbett und das Bad ist frisch renoviert.

It is on the third floor of a multi-story dwelling (elevator NOT available), has a living space of about 55 square meters with a bedroom that sleeps three. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Beautiful 2-room old building apartment with kitchen and bathroom in the middle of Aachen for rent to nice people. The apartment is quiet as it is located on the 2nd floor of our rear building. An elevator is not provided. City, cathedral, RWTH, transport links and shops are within walking distance.

The room with personal entry is nicely furnished and has a private ensuite bathroom. There is WIFI- connection, an electric kettle, coffee and tea. The room shows to the backyard with trees and is quiet. There is direct access to the small garden via the entrance hall.
