Beautiful, light and quiet apartment (34qm living space and 20 sqm terrace) in the old town north. The apartment is super central. Underground and S-Bahn station Hansaring (with direct connection to the airport and the fair) is about 3 minutes and the main train station about 7 minutes walking. The apartment is ideal for 1 - 2 persons. In the immediate vicinity there are nice Kölsch pubs and many restaurants as well as shopping. Tips about the area can be found in German and English in the apartment.

Centrical, quiet, a lot of light! Ugly from outside, nice and cozy from inside! 😄 We live here ourselves, next door. Grand piano, Tempur beds (1,80), elevator, big balcony w morning sun. Walking distance: city center, Rhine, chocolate museum, cathedral: 15-20 minutes. Supermarkets, restaurants etc.: 10-15 minutes. Köln Messe: 3 stops subway, 15 min. Attention: Price plus 5% "culture tax", charged by the city of Cologne! Only non smokers, please. ❤️
