Sleeping weather. with double bed (can be split in two), dresser and clothes rack. Swimming room. with shower and toilet. A small weather with a dining area. Tiles in wooden look in every room. We are a family of 4 upstairs which will occasionally be heard. Free parking on the road and in the driveway.

Det er en attraktiv lejlighed for såvel korte som lange ophold. Placeringen er midt i Århus, og alligevel er der næsten ingen trafikstøj. Lejligheden er renoveret og fuldt udstyret. Allergivenlig. Der er klassiske danske designmøbler. Der er to senge i soveafdelingen og en dobbelt sovesofa i stuen, så det er muligt at være op til fire personer. From the living room entrance to a very applicable loft with 2 beds. Bathroom with a nice shower spot. Moreover a lovely and bright room with a double bed. 500 m to the forest and beach with bathing facilities (free entrance during the summer). 15 min. walk from city center. Shopping and restaurants within 300 m.

You will love the apartment due to the location, spacey balconies (one covered), the view and the modern style. It is a beautiful, new apartment (136 m2). It has 3 bedrooms, a large living room, a stylish kitchen and a lovely bathroom. From every room there is a nice view. It’s fully equipped. The apartment is close to the ocean, the marina, super market, restaurants, fitness, city center etc. Allow yourself a nice swim in the ocean or walk along the marina to downtown (15 min walk).

Bright basement apartment with private entrance. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. There are no carpets (wooden floors and tiles). There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment. TV (cable TV) in both rooms. Large garden that my guests are welcome to use. There is a terrace dedicated to guests. My little dog Futte (allergy-friendly) runs freely in the garden and likes to entertain guests. She is very fond of children.

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. Our double room is nice and quiet with private parking, private entrance, studio kitchen and private, separate bathroom. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our house.
