Newly renovated, 110 sqm modern house near forest and lakes.

WELCOME to our newly renovated and modern guest house of 110 sqm, with colors on the walls, painted with environmental and hypoallergenic paint. The house is close to the forest, which is filled with beautiful lakes, and it is a 3 minute drive from Silkeborg's most beautiful lake bath, as you can see in the pictures. There is grass + outdoor areas, and the house contains two bedrooms, a large living room + conservatory, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and toilet. There is wifi in the house, but no TV as we invite tranquility, nature experiences, socializing and lovely conversations!

Relax in this unique and lovely home. One of Denmark's most beautiful places! Enjoy the sunset from the deck chairs looking out over Julsø. Jump into the lake from the boat bridge and rinse yourself in warm water overlooking Himmelbjerget. Take your kayak and sail a morning stroll and meet the fish heron. Enjoy your morning coffee in the pavilion with the wood-burning stove on. Read a book in the double bed looking out over the lake or take the mountain bike and take a ride on the route outside the door. Only your imagination sets the boundaries of this lovely place!

Cosy guest house, which is an independent building on the old school . The flat is 51m2 and has a lovely south-facing private 28m2 terrace. Combined kitchen and living room, a toilet/bath, an entry hall and a bedroom with one queen size bed and two bunk beds. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, and there is wifi, tv, cromecast and parking near the entry door. Two extra beds can be made in the living room. A few hundred meters from the water, this charming mini house is located in an attractive area. After two minutes on foot, you stand with your toes in the warm sand of the beach. In the area you will find forest and after a little walk you will come to Kaløvig Marina. There is a bus connection to Aarhus twice an hour. The house contains a simple kitchen, one bathroom and spacious bedroom with the possibility of preparation for two smaller children.
