A photo of the switchboard is taken at the gable of the house upon arrival and departure. Price for consumption is DKK 5.5 per. KWh. It is not allowed to charge an electric car in the house.

We rent out our newly built and lovely summerhouse from 2022, located in Mols Bjerge. The house has a personal touch and everywhere is cared for the details, creating a great atmosphere. The house is located on a 1300 m2 natural plot, surrounded by a 150 m2 wooden terrace. Only 5 minutes drive to a lovely beach and delicious eateries. We only rent to one family at a time. I.e. no rental for 2 “small” families. Electricity (DKK 4.00 per KWH) and water (DKK 70 per KBM) are settled separately.

Small cozy house located right by the city sign in Ans By with the forest in the backyard. Shopping opportunities as well as Ans inn, Pizzeria in walking distance. Centrally located between Silkeborg, Randers, Viborg and Aarhus. 2.2 km to Ans lakefront where it is possible to swim, sail and fish, among other things. There are plenty of activities within a few km, including Tange Lake Golf Club, Ans Circle Walk route, A mountain bike ride in the woods, Tange Elmuseet.

There is a nice big yard and a carport.

The perfect starting point for hiking, MTB and other activities in Søhøjlandet. The house is not far from Himmelbjerget and the MTB track Denmark's Tag. We are happy to share hiking routes from the house on Topo GPS. The house has 1 bedroom with two beds.
