There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

We love our little waterfront retreat. Here, the holiday atmosphere prevails year-round overlooking the water with boats, kayaks, sup and bathers summer and winter. For us, it's the perfect recreational oasis in the city with the most beautiful nature right outside the door, and easy access to the water via a jetty. At the same time, there is plenty of city life on Aarhus Island with theatre, cafes, restaurants, shopping and water sports just around the corner. The flat is on two levels, with its own entrance and views of the bay and Risskov.

There are quite a few meters to a refreshing sea bath at the bathing bridge in front of Lighthouse. On the first floor, there is a bathroom, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room - which can be used for 2 people.
