Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Aarhus Municipality

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at Emma’s home! It was clean and comfortable, we had absolutely everything we needed, and Emma was friendly and easy to communicate with! Bobby the cat was easy to take care of, and seemed extremely comfortable and okay with us strangers suddenly in his space. He immediately threw himself into our laps and slept with us every night. It was easy to catch a cab at the Aarhus main train station and take it to the Airbnb. It was equally easy and quick to order a cab to pick us up directly at the address and drive us to our holiday party, even at the busy hour of 18:00 on December 24th. I’m definitely giving the experience 5-stars in every category, and would highly recommend the home to everyone that loves cats, easy vacations, and friendly hosts!

We are a family of mom, dad, two adult boys and a boyfriend who stayed from December 23-25, when we had to spend Christmas in Jutland, with other family. Mia's house is perfectly located, in relation to where we needed to be and the house works great. Easy check-in with lockbox.

Dont hesitate to book this family friendly, warm, safe, cosy home. It has everything you need in a great location. We didnt want to leave, and our kids very happy and settled in very quickly.

*Cat Frida enriches every vacation* We are very grateful that Frida shared her home with us. The house is very spacious and very bright due to the large windows. It has everything you need. We had a great New Year's Eve and enjoyed the cuddle sessions with Frida very much. The kitten is really lovable and very trusting, even slept in bed with us, which did not bother us as former cat owners in any way. If she doesn't want something, she withdraws, never hissed or scratched. We will be happy to come back to Frida's.

This is a great location with a real ‘home from home’ feel. The flat was spacious and came with everything you would need for a comfortable holiday! The hosts were extremely proactive before and during our stay and helped with any questions we had! Thank you!!!

Cosy apartment and great location!

Sidsel is a fabulous host and her home is super authentic - an actual lived in and well loved home. The location is perfect. She was very helpful to us in a particular circumstance where we needed to call a taxi but technology wouldn’t allow it. Thank you sidsel!

We had a very lovely stay in this beautiful apartment which is very well situated in a friendly neighbourhood. We felt immediately at home. I will definitely recommend it to others and would want to stay there myself when I come back to Aarhus.

I stayed in Maria’s apartment for four days together with my family and we had a lovely time. The apartment is situated in a very nice area of Aarhus and is within walking distance to the city centre. It is very modern and has two bedrooms with double beds. We had beautiful days in the charming apartment of Mette. The photos reflect the apartment well. Everything is very well decorated, tasteful and cozy. Location is perfect, everything you need is around the corner and the neighborhood just the most beautiful in Aarhus. Mette is a great host, always available and very responsive. We stayed 2 nights in April, a family of 5 with 2 teenagers and a 7 year old. On a trip to experience Aarhus. The apartment is incredibly beautiful, as a neighbor to a beautiful beech forest, on a quiet residential street. The air was filled with birds chirping. You can walk to the city center through the forest in 45 minutes. By car about 10 minutes to Den Gamle By and 20-25 minutes to the city center. Thus relatively central. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated with all the necessities that could be missing, including in the kitchen. Really nice beds. French balconies from all rooms, overlooking the sea and/or forest. We were very well received by Adam and Helena, who were great for instructing and guiding. It was even prepared with drinking, etc. upon arrival. All in all, a lovely stay and can only recommend it to others. We hope to come again, another time!

We felt very comfortable at Lonas place during our time in Aarhus. The apartment has everything you need and more (lots of towels, kitchen utensils, blankets,...). I especially appreciated how clean the apartment was. From there it is an easy walk to the city centre or the public transport. I highly recommend staying at Lonas place.
