This charming home in Aberdeen NC located only 5 miles away from the famous Pinehurst Resort that hosted this year for the 4th time the US Open. The surrounding area, "the golfing paradise" with over 12 excellent golf courses. Exquisite shops and good food in Southern Pines and Aberdeen, traditional cozy bars, a Train Museum and Seagrove, a town with still active handmade pottery called : Capital of the USA. In the evening retreat to the large yard and sit around the sizzling charcoal grill.

You can enjoy all the golf, breweries, restaurants, and shopping this charming tri-town area has to offer all within a 10-minute drive — Craft meals in our modern kitchen and cozy up after a day of exploring. And if you're working remote, super zippy Wi-Fi for all those video calls comes standard! Truly a gem!

Location! Cozy efficiency located in the heart of Golf And Horse country! Just 30 seconds (for real) to the main traffic circle which takes you to great restaurants, shopping, hospital (FirstHealth Moore Regional 1.5 miles away) and, of course, golfing!! The efficiency offers a private entrance, full bed, bathroom w/ shower, kitchenette, desk area, and outdoor seating. It is attached to my home so there is daily activity, but we welcome friendly engagement and will respect your privacy.

It is located on a quiet street, yet close enough to walk to all the shops/restaurants downtown or the Weymouth Center for the Humanities. This loft unit has a private entrance from the top of the stairs with 1 bedroom (Queen) & 1 bath, a full kitchen, and shared laundry room downstairs in the back of the home. Unit features vintage kitchen! Come stay with us for a short stay or extended stay!

The lakeside cottage welcomes you to fishing and swimming its spring-fed 9-acre, very clear waters. Enjoy relaxing between activities with easy access wi-fi or tv. If you are traveling to the area for equine competition, horse boarding is available.
