In just a 13-minute walk you can reach the Ludwigsburg train station, whose trains take you to Stuttgart every 10 minutes. Depending on the train, you need between 10-17 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station. Our guests have the apartment to themselves.

Spacious 2-room apartment with panoramic balcony on a remote farm with many animals. Additional rooms available (No. 2 and 3). Children up to 12 years are free - please do not enter! You can help with milking the 70 cows. There are horses for trail rides and riding lessons by arrangement/payment. Rustic pool with its own spring water. Breakfast ingredients are available - but you have to prepare it yourself. Ideal starting point for nature experiences, also interesting cities/museums/amusement park nearby.

At about 75 square meters you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 open kitchen, 1 huge partly covered terrace, a single garage and finally a private parking space on the property. You have your own home entrance and a lot of privacy. Individual check-in possible. The property is completely fenced and the residential area raised and safe. Clean towels, sheets + blankets are allways there.

Auch für unsere kleinen Gäste gibt es viel Raum zum Spielen und Entdecken.

Good transport connections: A81 approx. 3.5 km, Marbach am Neckar 4 km, Ludwigsburg 10 km, Stuttgart 25 km. S-Bahn from Marbach to Stuttgart via Ludwigsburg. A playground is right next door. The 60 sqm self-contained apartment with private entrance is located in a detached house, in a quiet location of Heilbronn-Ost. It can be parked by car in the courtyard in front of the facade directly in front of the apartment, or also free of charge in front of the house on the street.
