The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang, about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern amenities. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time using the code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in the summer. A baby cot (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).

Our apartment is located 4 km from beautiful Lindau. It offers the ideal base for trips to Lake Constance, the Allgäu, Austria or Switzerland. Extensive walks are possible from the apartment in the adjacent forest. It is also well located for hiking, cycling, motorcycling, swimming or skiing. An Edeka market with a bakery that is also open on Sundays can be reached in a few minutes. The apartment has a balcony overlooking two ponds.

The bright 2.5 room apartment has been newly renovated and lovingly furnished in an ethno-retro style. In the living room, there is a cozy sofa bed with mattress (140•200). On the shelf you will find many German, English and Turkish books and games that serve as entertainment. Our newly renovated apartment in the Schwatzenmühle can be a cosy temporary home for families as well as individual travellers. Located in the middle of the border triangle, on the eastern shore of Lake Constance, you can be in the island town of Lindau, 5 km away, in a short time. Also not far away are the Allgäu mountains with breathtaking natural idyll, hiking trails and ski slopes for all ages.
