Абсолютно новая квартирка в блоке С.Новые лифты,отличный ресепшен.Квартирка со своим балкончиком и отличным видом на Турцию море и горные вершины..Всё продумано для отличного отдыха,и творческой работы.Шум и пыль не поднимаются на высоту 47 этажа.В номере прекрасная кровать 190 *203 см с очень шикарным ортопедическим матрасом 👍.Есть большой(145 см высотой) холодильник.В номере есть рабочий стол🤞🤞🤞

На 1 этаже кафе Cork, где можно заказать кофе с круасанами! В соседнем блоке A на 40 этаже ресторан с красивым видом на море и город!

Welcome to my family apartment in Batumi - Family Home. I tried to fill the apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including with children. The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.

A spacious sleeping area features a light-colored bed with patterned bedding, complemented by decorative pillows. A neatly folded towel is placed on the bed. Behind, the walls are adorned with floral wallpaper, while curtains with a striped pattern frame the window.
