Everything went perfect, the apartment was fully equipped for a week-long stay, everything was in good condition. The location also is great, you can really see the sea from the balcony, and last but not least - the host was very welcoming and provided all the necessary info. Definitely recommend.

Nako’s home is amazing! I was so thankful for all the little details she thought of. Two blankets to sit on the balcony, useful meds, maps of the city, adapter for European socket! Even bed sheets are really nice. And 2 orthopedic pillows. Nako herself is really nice and helpful. I highly recommend this apt. It’s the coziest apt in Batumi, promise 🙏☺️

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! There were 4 adults and 1 child in our group, and the space was more than enough for everyone. The living room has a spacious sofa, there’s a comfortable double bed, and an extra single bed that was perfect for our child. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Air conditioners in every room made our stay super comfortable, and the balcony was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The complex is amazing, and the host was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

I stayed for 3 months. It was nice that nana was very responsive and flexible. The room is quiet and there is no shortage of amenities.There are nice paintings in the room.There is a Grand Mall and Will Mart nearby, which is very convenient.The location was great and overall good value for money.Internet and electricity will be sent to the host's bank account.

I’m r was a big pleasure staying at Maris place. The location is superb, the old town quite street. The apartment is perfect for family with 2 kids, since it has separate beds. Everything we needed was provided. The appartement is well kept. And this is may be 20th appartment in Batumi’s where we have stayed and I definitely say it is the best. Definitely will consider coming back!

Great place, easy to find, clean and big terrace with beautiful views to the mountains and old Batumi. The best location, there are many delicious places around, the sea and the old town. Very friendly hosts who are ready to help or suggest something. We're staying here for the first time 😍🙌

Location is great. My only complaints were the parking situation and building access at check-in. Regarding parking, there is no designated parking for the condo or the building. You have to find your own spot which wasn't too hard during the day but later at night it was tough to find a spot. Regarding building access, you can't get to the 4th floor without an elevator card (which you have to get from the lockbox on the fourth floor). After about 15 minutes of back-and-forth with the receptionists we convinced them to let us on the elevator. It would have been easier to just ask another guest to let us up. Everything else was great and the location is amazing---just a few steps away from the water.

Beautiful view, nice cozy studio, can enjoy hearing the waves while sitting in the balcony. Anna was very welcoming and made sure it was a seamless stay.

the place looks very nice, you feel more like at home than in an airbnb. Everything was ready when we arrived even though we booked very late in the night. We would go again anytime.

Neat apartments with all amenities. The inside is perfectly clean. All utensils are available. Smoking is prohibited in the house and it😍 is perfectly consistent with the photos. Nice, quiet neighborhood, park nearby, 24-hour shops and cafes. Wonderful host who was always available. Thank you so much! Our vacation was a success.

It has been a great experience. You are close to every main attraction and the infra of building is great. The gym is also well equipped.

It was lovely to stay for 2,5 weeks at the place for my boyfriend and I. The host was very responsive, the check in was very easy, the place is very close to the beach. There was a bit of traffic at the evening, but overall it was not very loud. The view from the balcony is outstanding, we spent many breakfasts and dinners there. The flat was very clean, you will find everything you need. Recommend!

I really liked the apartment, next to the promenade, it was very clean and cozy. There is everything you need, there was always hot water. The hostess was very helpful and always in touch, for which she is very grateful, we will be happy to stay again. I recommend your stay

Just delighted with this apartment! There are 2 separate bedrooms + another room with a workspace. A very beautiful view from the window, you wake up and immediately look at the sea. The apartment is warm, there are a lot of different dishes and things for comfort (extra blankets, blankets, pillows, towels). The hostess and her husband are very wonderful and understanding people, always in touch and respond within a couple of minutes. We met at the station and helped with things) Wow apartment! I will be happy to come back again)

Alex and Lika are very hospitable and always available. The apartment stays very warm even in sub-zero weather during winter. In Batumi, it is very difficult to find a warm apartment, so if you're coming in winter, this option is definitely for you. On the ground floor of the building, there is a beauty salon and a barbershop. If you need to get your nails done or a haircut, you'll find excellent service and skilled professionals there. There is also a grocery store in the building, Dodo Pizza is right next door, and a 24-hour Spar store with vegetables and fruits. The only downside is the lack of an electric kettle and a microwave, which might be important to someone, and the mattress is a bit worn out from previous tenants, with slight indentations on one side. Overall, I lived in this apartment for about two months and will definitely come again
