A cosy studio 30 sq. m, 20 m from the seaside, 2 km from Aegina city (port) 30-min walk. It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.

Highlight of the area is Loutra beach, a very beautiful child-friendly organized sandy beach with beach bar, just 50m from the studio. Walking distance from the apartment is Souvala Port were there are restaurants, mini market, a super market, bakery, pharmacy, cafe bars.

In the garden of the hisorical 1890 chateau Ralli, the 60 sq. m. spacious, sea-view studio is ideal for a couple or a family. The studio is equipped with a queen-sized bed, a sofa bed that turns into two single beds, a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, A/C, a flat smart TV, a bathroom with shower and a second dining area in the veranda with stunning views of the sea and the garden. You will never want to get out of the relaxing hanging chair! A baby travel cot is available upon request.

Ένας όμορφος και ήσυχος χώρος μέσα στα πεύκα με θέα στην θάλασσα,ιδανικός για δύο άτομα ή και για οικογένειες με ένα παιδί Γνωρίστε επίσης και τα άλλα δύο διαμερίσματά μας, βίλα Χρυσάνθη και βίλα Χρυσάνθη number 5 που βρίσκονται στον ίδιο χώρο

Το διαμέρισμα μας 'Φειδίου 1, vol II' βρίσκεται στην καρδιά της Αίγινας, μόλις 100 μέτρα από το λιμάνι- παραλιακο δρόμο της πόλης. Η τοποθεσία του δίνει την δυνατότητα στους επισκέπτες, να απολαύσουν την καθημερινή ζωή του νησιού, ανακαλύπτοντας τις ομορφιές της πόλης. Έχει μεγάλη αυλή , και βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά σε : mini market, παραλία, κεντρική αγορά , λιμάνι , καφετέριες κινηματογράφο τράπεζες και αρχαιολογικούς χώρους.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο ενώ παράλληλα υπάρχει ηρεμία και ησυχία στην περιοχή. Μπορεί κάποιος να πάει εύκολα με τα πόδια στον πολυσύχναστο παραλιακό δρόμο με τα μαγαζιά αλλά κ στο λιμάνι. Επιπλέον, το οίκημα βρίσκεται κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ κ κοντά στη θάλασσα. Τα δυο υπνοδωμάτια και δυο μπάνια προσφέρουν άνεση, η κουζίνα είναι λειτουργική και το σαλόνι φτιαγμένο για χαλάρωση βλέποντας το όμορφο ηλιοβασίλεμα.

The maisonette is newly built and nicely located at the heart of Aegina town. It is built over 1st and 2nd floor and accommodates up to 6 people.

Excellent location, by the sea, ideal for couples or family with children, nearby beaches 5 minutes on foot, restaurants 5 minutes on foot, supermarket and bakery 8 minutes on foot. All bedrooms have their own air conditioning. There are 2 bathrooms with showers. Large comfortable kitchen, with oven, dishwasher, washing machine.

The apartment is in front of the port of Aegina. A few steps from the apartment you can find beach bars, restaurants, cafes, banks, a supermarket, a bakery, fresh fruit and fish market, bus stop, taxis, ticket offices. Literally at your feet, the port pier offers you a unique spectacle as the sun sets into the sea.
