Το κτίριο είναι από πέτρα, παραδοσιακό στην εμφάνιση, με σύγχρονες υποδομές. Ειλικρινά ήσυχο και εξαιρετικά φιλικό στον επισκέπτη. Η πισίνα πολή καλή, με έξτρα πετσέτες που μας δόθηκαν για χρήση. Τα κρεβάτια πολύ καλά, ακόμα και αν υπάρχουν μυοσκελετικά νοσήματα, και τα μαξιλάρια υπήρχαν σε ποικιλία. Η θέα είναι ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΗ, η όψη του λιμανιού από ψηλά είναι το κάτι άλλο. Η πρόσβαση είναι λίγο περίπλοκη, μιας και οι δρόμοι δεν είναι καλοστρωμένοι και η μια εναλλακτική ήταν μεγάλος κύκλος με κακοστρωμένο δρόμο, ενώ η άλλη είχε εξαιρετικά δύσβατη ανηφόρα για την οποία μας ενημέρωσαν και δεν την προτιμήσαμε με αμάξι - συστήνω να βάλετε τα δυνατά σας όσοι πάτε με πόδια ή να πάρετε ένα αυτοκίνητο που να αντέχει λακουβίτσες. Οι δρόμοι στο νησί είναι έτσι κι αλλιώς ταλαιπωρημένοι - θα σας χρειαστεί ένα καλό όχημα. Πρέπει να σημειώσω ότι επί οποιουδήποτε προβλήματος έγινε προσπάθεια λύσης και μάλιστα με upgrade όταν αυτό χρειάστηκε. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα, ελπίζουμε να σας ξαναδούμε σύντομα!

Antonis und seine Familie sind freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, auch die Haushälterin war sehr freundlich und diskret. Die Anlage erscheint live sogar schöner als auf den Bildern, sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen, mehrere kleine Häuser in einem gepflegten Garten mit vielen Olivenbäumen. Alles war perfekt sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Our stay at Antonis' place was absolutely phenomenal! The location was stunning, offering breathtaking views and privacy. The accommodation was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Antonis was the epitome of hospitality, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Athena’s place is beautifully located in a secluded tiny seaside village, ideal for relaxation and as a base to explore the surroundings. We stayed for a week and did not want to leave - the views of the sea and sunsets are amazing. Athina is a very helpful host - there were some issues with the washing machine and WiFi when we arrived, but they were quickly resolved and all with perfect communication. We brought our baby daughter and Athina went out of her way to help us settle in. Highly recommended.

Wir wurden von Nikos Vater an der Fähre abgeholt- er zeigte uns den Weg zur Unterkunft in der er auch im unteren Teil des Hauses wohnt. Man hat aber seine Privatsphäre. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und in wenigen Schritten ist man am Hafen mit schönen Restaurants und Cafes. Es ist eine ganz bezaubernde Hafenstadt und sehr urtümlich und romantisch. Nikos hat immer schnell reagiert und uns geholfen mit Taxi und Bus. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen;-) vielen Dank dafür

Η φιλοξενια του Ανδρέα ηταν κορυφαια. Προθυμος να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε ολα! Το καταλυμα μας εκανε να νιωσουμε σαν το σπιτι μας, παραδοσιακη οικία με πολλους χωρους και απεριοριστη θεα στο χωριο και τη θαλασσα απο παντου. Υπερπληρες νοικοκυριό και ανετο , με αυλη που την τιμησαμε δεόντως. Ησυχια και ηρεμια κατω απο τα φυλλα της μουριάς που δεσποζει στον κήπο. Συστηνεται ανεπιφύλακτα και σε συνδυασμο με την τιμη κάνει τη μονοκατοικια αυτη Νο1 επιλογη !

Το σπίτι βρίσκετε σε ιδανική τοποθεσία. Απέχει μόλις 5 λεπτά περπάτημα από την καλύτερη παραλία του νησιού. Δεν έχει άλλα σπίτια τριγύρω, οπότε βρίσκαμε πολύ εύκολα parking. Πεντακάθαρο πολύ άνετο και με δροσερή και άνετη βεράντα. Η κυρία Ιωάννα ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και άμεση. Θα το προτείναμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όσους θέλουν να επισκεφτούν την όμορφη Ικαρία. Lovely ten night stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our time. We enjoyed relaxing in the courtyard, cooking meals in the well equipped kitchen. The sunrises were spectacular and we enjoyed swimming at the local beach. Lovely friendly helpful local people. Ikaria will be in our hearts forever. Thank you Nelly 🙏🏼

Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Vagelis ist ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Zu Ostern hat er meinem 7 jährigen Sohn und mir gefärbte Ostereier und einen selbstgebackenen Hefezopf gebracht. Es war ein herzlicher Empfang und ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Danke dafür Vagelis.

Bel endroit très bien placé dans le village. Maison confortable avec clim (nécessaire pour la chambre à l’étage).

Christina's House was the perfect rural location that we wanted to explore the North West Region of Ikaria, equipped with everything required to make it home from home, clean and tidy, fabulous views from the garden, Christina was a fantastic hostess, always available if needed, thank you for the delicious wine.

We loved Grigoris' house! It has literally everything you need for a comfy stay. Grigoris was responsive and flexible with check in and check out times. The house was very clean and well organized. The village were it is located is very peaceful and cute. It has a Kafeneio that makes also food, specially grilled meat! This kafeneio was a little bit loud at night though. All the windows have mosquito screens so you can keep them open to get some fresh air inside! The only thing is that, at night, the kafeneio is loud and you cannot keep the bedroom windows open. In that case the bedrooms get pretty warm. There's fan but they just move the air around not making it cooler. We would recommend Grigoris to get A/C for the 2 bedrooms and Wifi router. That way the house would be perfect! Thank you Grigoris!

Πολύ ωραίος χώρος για διαμονή στις Ράχες αν και η φασαρία ήταν ολοήμερη μόλις έκλεινες τη μπαλκονόπορτα δεν ακουγόταν τίποτα αυτό το κομμάτι το πρόσεξε πολύ ο οικοδεσπότης.

the house is beautiful. cozy, quiet, cool and spacious, surrounded by nature among olive trees, chestnut trees and (delicious) fig trees. the outdoor space – shaded by a huge oak tree, overlooking the mountains, the sea, and the sunset – is lovely. kostas is a most gracious and thoughtful host. he welcomed us in person, leaving us a table full of tasty local things. thank you.

Άνετο σπίτι για 5 άτομα και η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν άμεση. Σίγουρα θα είναι το μόνο κατάλυμα που θα επιλέξω εάν βρεθώ ξανά στο νησί!

Maison très bien située, dans un environnement calme avec une vue sur la mer incroyable. Des sentiers de randonnée à proximité. Des hôtes adorables et aux petits soins avec nous. De l'authenticité et de la bienveillance. Tout était parfait pour un séjour inoubliable ! Merci pour tout !

È stata un’esperienza fantastica! Iliana, a parte come ospite, è una persona meravigliosa e con un cuore d’oro. Ci ha aiutato a comunicare con gli altri e ci ha dato passaggi in auto quando abbiamo avuto necessità. La casa è incantevole e in una posizione strategica per visitare l’isola! Eravamo immersi nella natura! E Iliana, al nostro arrivo, ci ha fatto trovare birre fresche in frigo e frutta a volontà! Ci siamo sentiti sempre a casa e abbiamo potuto davvero rilassarci e goderci un po’ questa isola splendida!
