Beautiful house in the countryside with park and parking in a small village of 200 inhabitants adjoining the owner's home. Ideal for relaxing weekends and holidays in the countryside but also for treatments, 8 km from the town of JONZAC (treatment, leisure center, aquatic center, Casino, convention center). The region offers beautiful walks for nature lovers with an 11-hectare pond dedicated to fish farming 3 km away and bordered by a forest park with marked trails.

Ideally located 6 km from the Jonzac Thermal Baths or the heart of the city in a quiet location with beautiful views of the countryside. 4270 m2 garden with fruit trees. Small pond and open-air café. The 38 m2 cottage has a very large terrace. Chairs and table outside, deckchairs available. Gas barbecue. For 3 or 4 people, opening of a connecting bedroom (20 m2) with a 160 x 200 bed. We welcome you to a former windmill dating from the 18th century, fully restored and located in the heart of the Médoc. It consists of 2 levels and can accommodate 2 people. The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.
