Situated on a very quiet residential street in Sasel, it is nevertheless centrally located, thereby combining peaceful, comfortable living with the amenities of a large city. In just a few minutes, you can reach the Saseler Markt and the attractive Alstertale shopping centre. The driveway has two carport spaces (with room for two additional cars if required).

Our villa (250 m²) is located in the middle of the Lüneburg Heath, an idyllic small town in a quiet location with its own forest and beautiful large park-like garden (6000 m²). Amelinghausen is a great recreational and holiday area which offers countless leisure opportunities such as hiking, cycling, walking, horseback riding and water sports on the Lopausee. There is also a great outdoor swimming pool. Bispingen is 5 km away and the Lüneburg Heath Wildlife Park is also around the corner.

The house is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees and meadow. Trees provide shade in the heat. If you are looking for variety, you can reach Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock in 1 hour and Hamburg in 1.5 hours via the A20. Travemünde or Boltenhagen can be reached via the Baltic Sea Cycle Route.
