Our spacious and fully equipped apartment "Anke-Rose" is located on the 2nd floor of our house in the middle of the old town of Ahrweiler. On 85 square meters you will find a quiet oasis in a central location, divided into a bedroom, bathroom and living room, guest toilet, as well as a large kitchen with dining area. On the balcony, you can end your day of vacation with a glass of Ahr wine in the evening sun with a view of the vineyards. Another room allows more than 2 guests to stay.

Our holiday apartment is located in a residential house built in an Art Nouveau location near the city of Bad Neuenahr as well as in the immediate vicinity of parks and bike paths. Thanks to innovative interior design and great attention to detail, the apartment on the ground floor was renovated in 2022 and also refurbished. In the courtyard, there is also a covered outdoor seating area. There is also a parking space for your car right outside the front door.

We are looking forward to having you back. Of course, a lot has changed in the Ahr valley and there is still a lot to do, but for example the hiking trails are intact and nothing stands in the way of a nature vacation. Our apartment in the Haus des Kindes Ahrweiler is located in a beautiful old listed building right in the old town of Ahrweiler on the market square. We have been running the children's shop on the first floor of the house for over 100 years. After the flood completely destroyed the first floor, I took the opportunity to prepare the apartments above it and rent them out as a vacation rental. I hope you like it.

Comfortable holiday home in the heart of old town Ahrweiler. Completly remodeled appartment in a landmarked town house of 1765. The station is just about 5 minutes away. This also apllies to the famous "Rotweinwanderweg". For a fast shopping or a cup of coffee you just have to leave the front door. Free WiFi available. It's a quiet place but right in the middle.
