Treat yourself to a peaceful break in our cottage, located in the heart of the countryside. Here, you will enjoy the birdsong, the nature and a peaceful environment, ideal for recharging your batteries. Central location, you will be 25 minutes from the first beaches, La Rochelle, Rochefort and the Poitevin marsh and 10 minutes from all amenities. The cottage is adjoining our house, with a private garden and terrace. Numerous paths for walks or bike rides (Lake Frace). Guests travelling on horseback are welcome

Charming, certified house 2 ⭐️ of 95 m2; 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, fitted kitchen, living room, lounge, 800 m² fenced garden. Located in a very quiet hamlet, 20 minutes from La Rochelle. Ideally located to spread its influence throughout Charente-Maritime. LINEN ON REQUEST AT AN ADDITIONAL COST: Package including sheets, towels, tea towels and kitchen hand towels, and bathroom mat: 25 euros per double bed and 20 euros per single bed, payable on arrival.

Pleasant independent T2 cozy and located between countryside and sea. Recent 38 m2 accommodation rented in 2022. Perfectly equipped, enjoy a relaxing stay. No smoking allowed It is located in a village where you will find a deli, bakery, tobacco bar and 2 pizzerias. In the village of La Jarrie, just 3 km away, all local shops will be available to you (24/7 API supermarket, Intermarché, pharmacy, doctors, gas station...)
