Spacious apartment with incredible sea views

Bright and comfortable 4-bedroom, 135 m² apartment with sea views located between the center of Alicante and San Juan beach. It does NOT have air conditioning but it has ceiling fans with remote control in the 4 bedrooms and living room. At the foot of the building there is a small beach and a rocky area where you can take a swim, as well as bars, restaurants and food stores with basic products. The tram and bus are a 7' walk away and Albufereta beach is a 10' walk away.
