A cozy house to spend a vacation or a few relaxing days. Equipped with air conditioning (the living room and the 3 bedrooms), Wi-Fi, a Nespresso machine, and a BBQ. Located in the Altomar 1 development, a quiet area with a beautiful community pool and green areas to relax. On the terrace (porch) the sun greets you in the morning. From the large solarium you can enjoy beautiful ocean views. Down the hill is the beautiful Carabasí beach, 1.5 km away

Lovely house with sea view in the old town

We got this lovely house in the old town because we fell in love with the fantastic views and we are happy to share it with you. It is perfectly located, short distance to the beach, in the pedestrian area, next to Santa Barbara castle and just a step away from the famous restaurant La Ereta. In order to reach the house, there are many steps to climb, but once you get there, the sea and the old town view will take your breath away.

An outdoor space features artificial turf surrounded by lush greenery and flowering plants. A wooden table is set with several matching chairs beneath a white parasol, providing a shaded area for relaxation. A wooden fence adds privacy to the tranquil environment.
