The house is situated within walking distance of San Juan Pueblo which is a lively town very close to Alicante. The beach is 20 minutes away ( by bike ) and there are lovely countryside walks nearby. The house has all the necessary equipment for seasonal use. The house has a washing machine, microwave, oven, air conditioning, heated towel rail, etc. The bus stop is 100 meters away. 4 km to the sea. The closest beaches are Acequion and Naufragos.
