The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Quiet Mediteranean House with stunning views, heated swimming pool, 9 minutes walk to the wonderful white old town of Altea. 15 minutes walk to the sea. 1st floor private for the guests, with dining room, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Big private terrace, outdoor wood furniture, gas barbeque, garden with a beautiful pine tree and wide views. Heated pool, with separate terrace, private use only guest and owner, preferent for the guest. The owners live in the upper floor, with other terraces.

A fully independent guest house on a large property. At the foot of Montgo Natural Park. 2 km from the town of Javea, 4 km from La Sella golf, 8 km from Dénia, 3 km from the town of Jesús pobre. 15 minutes by car to beautiful beaches and coves. You can take wonderful walks through the Mediterranean forest and find beautiful views of the valley. Very close to restaurants, supermarkets, and a wide range of leisure, hiking, golf, beaches, mountains, and typical street markets in the area.

Villa Nassio independent apartment

We rent the upstair apartment of this wonderful Villa in front of the Mediterranean sea. The house is located at the beachfront at the beautiful beach "la Fustera", with private access to it and stunning sea views. It has a beautiful terrace to enjoy the views, private pool and private parking. The downstairs apartment is ocasionally used by members of our family with whom you would only share the parking lot, the access to the beach and ocasionally the swimming pool.

It is a very cozy, independent studio, rural style, close to the sea and with all the amenities. Private entrance with bathroom, bedroom (cold/hot air) and living room (fridge, microwave and coffee maker). Outdoor area with parking, terrace, garden and barbecue. On the farm there are 3 friendly cats and a small organic orchard. Located 50 meters from the sea, next to the promenade of the marine reserve, a place with a lot of charm and tranquility.

On a 1,500 m2 plot of Chalet Roquetes on the edge of the beach and the sea, apartment with terrace and direct access to the beach and the sea, quiet, relaxing, watching the sunrise every day in front of the apartment and from the double bed, an exclusive place to enjoy. For 2 adults, no children, no pets, only 2 adults. We have private parking within the plot, for vehicles less than 4 m long, with prior reservation, the rate is 12 euros per day.

Also by the fact that each apartment has a private terrace and a private entrance and exit and there is a maximum of 10 guests on the property at the same time. Our apartments have a direct view over Javea and the sea. The complex also has a spacious pool area, which can be shared by our guests.

Beautiful wooden guest house with WiFi, inverter air conditioning, satellite TV, and wood stove. Cozy and in the middle of nature where you can enjoy tranquility and fresh air. Ideal for disconnecting, mountain routes, or along the river path. The main house where the owners live is located next to the guest house, on a fully fenced plot, although both houses have total independence and privacy.
