An apartment in the center of a town, very clean and well equipped. There was nothing missing, we felt at home. I recommend !

Really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is very comfortable and conveniently located. As a solo traveler, I felt safe. Just a 6 minute walk from the train station and only 15-25 minute walk into city center and historical sights. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by as well. Jaime and her associate responded quickly to my questions about early check-in and wifi.

Spacious, tidy, clean and with everything you need to spend a good stay in Albacete. Although there was a problem with the supply of water foreign to them due to a breakdown throughout the city, they were very attentive and provided us with water bottles. Very detailed, they welcomed us with a box of Miguelitos. The location is excellent, in the center and close to everything.

Centrally located, spacious apartment. Nice host, apartment had everything we needed (including dishwasher, washing machine, fast wifi). Supermarkets, restaurants, bike rental, sights, its all around the corner. Two points of attention: its on the third floor with narrow stairs (no problem for us) and garbage bins are emptied during the night (this makes quite some noise).

What a great stay! Traveled with my partner and two teen boys. Very close to all you want to do, great restaurants, shopping. Very clear instructions on arrival. Kitchen is nicely stocked with all you need to reheat or make fresh meals. Beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms were exceedingly clean. Communication was excellent from when we arrived until we left. Would definitely stay again if we return to Valencia!

Beautiful, spacious house stock with every amenity. Appreciated the flexibility to drop bags early on day of arrival. Close to transport links to go to historic town, beach and museums/aquarium.

The house was very well equipped (at the kitchenware level we were surprised, we always lack things and in this case there was everything!). Plenty of firewood, everything you need and the owner even left us a huge sponge cake that was enough for the 20 of us who went for breakfast. We will definitely be back :)

A perfect place to disconnect with family or as a couple. The villa is in perfect condition, all the rooms have air conditioning, good terrain to take the dog, and the hosts are charming. We'll be back if we can in the summer to enjoy the pool. 10 out of 10

We had a beautiful weekend. We brought our dog and was able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings surrounding the house. Lots of peace and quiet. Beautiful paths to tour, but the house has everything to enjoy staying there as well. We will definitely repeat sometime. Excellent treatment from both Juan and the hotel front desk. Breakfast is great. The projector is a ten, too bad it can't be used during the day (we were touched by cloudy and slightly ugly days). Super equipped but if they go with the idea of using the barbecue I recommend to bring board, blade as they do not have (we were able to use it anyway and enjoy it without any problem) Ideal place to disconnect and connect with nature. Amazing landscapes, to stay and live. Thanks again.

We were very pleased with the accommodation. It was superbly equipped, and there were plenty of toys for the children. The tram stop just around the corner provides quick access to the city. Ariadna gave us lots of tips and was always easy to reach. We'd love to come back.

Spacious and well-kept villa in a quiet neighborhood, yet well located for trips. The villa is practically laid out, each room has its own bathroom (not adjacent, but does not disturb), super convenient. The kitchen is equipped with almost all the essentials. Tip: Purchase peeler, cutting board and baskets for hot pots/pans. The pool was still too cold with us, but the jacuzzi made up for this. Beautiful view from the terrace and the jacuzzi. A cot was provided, and there are also plenty of (outdoor)games for the children. You will notice that the house is well and used a lot, for example on the walls and the like, but the house is clean. The host responds quickly to questions, plus. We recommend the house!

We had a great time in the beautiful property of Rocío, the neighborhood is very quiet and there are shops, metro station and all kinds of amenities nearby. The communication and willingness of Rocío was always optimal. Recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Hernan and Mariana’s place! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and located in a quiet yet convenient area. Everything was exactly as described, and even better in person. Hernan and Mariana were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. They gave us great local tips and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt at home. Highly recommended – we would definitely come back!

Modern and super clean flat. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, in a great area. 1 min away from the metro and from Mercadona. Tons of playgrounds around for the kids. Internet works very well. Nice kitchen with everything you need (clean and in good condition). Just be aware that the apartment is on the 2nd floor (3rd by American numbering) and there is no elevator (but otherwise the building is modern and totally fine).

Konstantin was a friendly host who was always in perfect communication, before and during our stay. Apartment was clean and well-maintained, and in a convenient location, right across from the mercado central. Only needed to use the metro, 15 minutes walk away, to get to and from the airport. Beware if you are visiting during the Fallas celebration. The fireworks, firecrackers, explosions, and partying were very loud outside, into early hours of the morning during our stay that was during Fallas. The plaza area outside the mercado central was a destination for Fallas celebrants and there was also a music stage installed for some of the nights of the event. Thankfully, the loud music ended at 22:30 on the nights the stage was active. The firecrackers, fireworks, explosions, and partying however would sometimes go on until 2 or 3am or later. Never got a good night's sleep. This is not to fault the host. Just the reality of Fallas and the apartment location.

A great location in the center of historical Valencia. A comfortable flat and Veronica is super responsive and communication was great. There is a bit of street noise from the square, but not too disruptive.

Desiré is an extraordinary host, by far the best we have ever had - responsive & accommodating, but also kind, friendly and warm. As to Casa Desiré, the superlatives used by other reviewers are accurate. To fling open 4 sets of floor to ceiling doors to a long balcony with 2 sets of bistro table and chairs, to the sights and sounds of the busy market square was magical. It is stocked with everything you’d want in a vacation home. As we were guests for a 2-week stay, Desiré bought us a Magic Bullet for smoothies. A floor mop was the only thing “missing”and it was quickly supplied. Not mentioned often/at all in past reviews: well stocked first aid and sewing kits, clothes steamer, small mesh bag for bras/delicates, a combo microwave/broiler, tons of electrical outlets and hangers, full length mirror, hooks, good clothing and bathroom storage, bathroom nightlight, secure entry (apt occupies entire 1st floor), comfy bed & fabulous milk-frothing Nespresso machine. Loved it, will return!

The communication with Javier before we arrived was great and quick response. Upon arrival we were shown to the apartment and I don't think the pictures did the place justice! it was spotlessly clean. The apartment was easy to transport to from the airport and there are bus stops at every corner that take you to the various parts of the city. The apartment was roomy with all amenities that you could require. We'll impressed with Javier's place and would look to book here to stay for our next visit. The comments made on sticky notes in the apartment from past guests is a testament to how good the apartment is! Had a great time visiting Valencia and would look to stay here again

Great stay in the middle of Las Fallas. Plenty of food options around, lots of supermarkets close by. There was good wardrobe space for our clothes. Loads of pots and pans and cutlery so it was ideal for making food at the airbnb too in the morning and for dinner some days. 5 minute walk from the park, Jardín del Turia. Thanks José
