Brand new big apartment (100 sq.m.) is situated in the south of Tenerife in the fish village Alcala and within walking distance (5 min) to the black sandy beach. Very well furnished, it has everything to host big families with children. There is all necessary equipment and new domestic appliances in the apartment. Big windows in the living room make the apartment very cozy and full of sun. On the top you will a find big common terrace with a great view on the ocean and on the island La Gomera.

Happy place apartment with ocean view

Beautiful apartment directly on the plaza of the charming village Alcala. The beach is only 80m away from the apartment. In addition, the town has other beaches and natural pools. The apartment is centrally located and all services (shops, pharmacy, supermarket, cafes, restaurants etc are within walking distance). The huge terrace is perfect to enjoy the sun and relax. For families, we are perfectly equipped with games, LEGO, beach toys, etc.

Maresía consists of eight holiday homes with incredible views of the sea and the summit. It has beautiful green areas and parking if you come with a car. The pool, shared with the rest of the homes, faces the sea with dream views from where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Although the weather in Tenerife is very good, our pool is heated all year round.
