It has all kinds of services such as restaurants, supermarkets, stores of all kinds that are less than 5 minutes walk. The subway is a 3 minute walk away, and the train station is only 10 minutes away. It is also close to Barajas airport, hospitals, public schools and the Autónoma and Comillas universities making it an ideal accommodation for all types of stays.
