It is bright and very quiet, you will see that you have no problems resting, and it is located in an unbeatable area of the historic center, 500m from the Barajas Metro station. We are located in Calle Carlos Arniches Nº 11 in the heart of Centro de Madrid, 5 minutes from the metro de la Latina, in this street they put El Rastro every Sunday and becomes pedestrian, the apartment has a sleeping area, a full bathroom and a living space with American cuisine. The apartment is super bright as it has a lot of natural light both in the living room and in the bedroom. The apartment comes with Wifi and Smart TV and everything you need to have a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Totally refurbished loft with modern features but with a cosy feeling. The outdoor patio is very rare to find in central Madrid. Spacious layout and very high ceiling. Double glazing, individual gas heating, kitchen fully equipped .Double good mattress bed. Is very quiet. You don’t hear a noise despite being at one of the trendiest area, full of restaurants shops and fashionable bars. At the best location to visit the whole Madrid by foot.You will love it.Trust me.
