Quiet and peaceful place, both in the center of town and close to the mountain. The house has everything you need to spend a few days as if you were at home. The patio and the 2 rooms are very comfortable for the girls to play. Well equipped with heaters, air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue... Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Although we did not get to meet Amparo, she was very friendly and was willing to answer all our questions.

A perfect place to disconnect with family or as a couple. The villa is in perfect condition, all the rooms have air conditioning, good terrain to take the dog, and the hosts are charming. We'll be back if we can in the summer to enjoy the pool. 10 out of 10

This is my best experience on Airbnb😍 The house is just incredible, fully equipped with everything you need (there is even parchment paper and paper towels in the kitchen). In addition, it is very, very clean! I felt like I was at home, not in a rented house. It is obvious that everything is done with soul and love. The city itself is very beautiful. The balcony is incredibly beautiful, we enjoyed these views every day. I’m very grateful for your attention to details, such as washing powder or spices in the kitchen, everything is so well thought out, it is amazing. Thank you very much! 100% recommended! Our stay at the cottage was simply perfect. Ana and her husband are exceptional hosts: close, attentive and always willing to help in anything we needed. The house is impressive, spacious and with a lot of charm. We were a group of 13 friends and had room to spare. Despite being winter, the temperature inside was very nice at all times. One of the greatest pleasures was enjoying its two fireplaces in the huge living room, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. In addition, the environment is a wonder: in the middle of nature, surrounded by an immense pinada ideal for hiking trails. If you travel with kids or pets, this place is perfect. We will definitely stay here again when we have the chance. It's been an unforgettable experience. Thanks for everything! :)

Alexander's place was perfect! We felt right at home. The house has everything you need for cooking, nice large TV, patio for outdoor dining, it's very close to a really lovely beach and all amenities, supermarkets etc...overall a fantastic stay. highly recommended....thankyou!

Wonderful stay in Oliva Nova.A newly renovated house, beautiful and very comfortable, with ducted air conditioning in all rooms. The great outdoor area with a porch , garden and pool which we have fully enjoyed. Very close to the beach and an express carrefour. Very quiet area with little atmosphere but we didn't mind. Worse , the amount of mosquitoes in the area, but based on repellente we have coped it well. . Always helpful and friendly hosts. In short, a super recommended place, to repeat 👌

Amazing apartment in a beautiful hidden gem of a town. We will definitely return!

We stayed for the month of Feb to get out of the cold in the UK. We had two dogs with us and the place was perfect for dog walking and cycling which is what we wanted. The huge outside space also worked well for us as it was very secure to allow dogs to roam. The house itself was great, spacious and very much as described. Communication with Elizabeth was very good also, and we were met at the property on arrival and shown around. We were also told in advance if anyone was coming to the property or gardener or pool guy. We were happily left alone the rest of the time. I was happy to do my own cleaning/ washing linens for the month and that was not an issue. But this could have been different if I had requested it. This was a wonderful place for us and was exactly what we needed. Would definitely go back and recommend to others. Not many amenities are close, so a car would be needed.

Diana’s Airbnb was a wonderful stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. She added thoughtful extra touches that made me feel truly welcome and valued. Highly recommend!

Everything we could hope for! Very quiet, beautiful setting with modern appliances, fixtures, etc. Nico met us at the home to hand us the key, give us an orientation, and made sure to answer all our questions. Perfect stay!

We had a great time at Gregoria's apartment. Very quiet with amenities and space suitable for us. Everything was very tidy and the apartment was very well equipped (kitchen, living room...). Also, she was always accessible for any questions or issues we might have (that there weren't). I would highly recommend their place to future guests.

The purpose of the trip was for my brother in Germany and me in America to meet half way, to celebrate our 50th birthday together. We stayed for 14 days. I was accompanied by hubby, daughter, and family friend. We rented a car at Alicante airport, and we arrived at AIRBNB within 30 minutes. Thanks to prior excellent instructions of our host Marie, we had great directions and it was a pleasure to stay at this amazing AIRBNB. The view was fabulous over the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe in the neighborhood. Weather was beautiful in December. We enjoyed home cooking in fully equipped kitchen, closed out our days with evening walks and sitting on front porch. We recommend sightseeing of castle in Guadalest, waterfalls in Algar, lookout deck in Benidorm, all of Alicante, canelobre caves in Busot. Trip to Alhambra in Granada. Beaches and restaurants in El Campello. We're thanking Marie for excellent communication and wish her all the best in the future.

Excellent area of the apartment, no more you go out the door you find the beach, close to restaurants. The apartment is just as they describe it, for a few days it is ideal.

Alex’s apt was first rate. Beautiful apt and within walking distance of the bars (20 minute walk along the sea front). Alex was extremely flexible with our check in times as we were delayed slightly. Bonus was the heated outdoor pool in April which the kids were pleased about! Would definitely stay again should opportunity and availability arise!

We totally loved staying here …. so comfy, lovely welcome bundle of oranges, oil, crisps and wine when we arrived. Juan there when we arrived and showed us everything. Both Juan and Rosa very attentive to our needs and prompt action. We definitely want to come back.

Sophia met us at checkin, she was absolutely delightful. The apartment was right across from the beach with a nice view of the water. The tram was convenient and efficient to travel in either direction. Because it was off season, there was not a lot of activity or a lot to do in the immediate area. Just a couple of restaurants nearby, we mostly relied on groceries for times we were at the apartment.

It's been a fantastic few days. The place has everything, you are at home. We went with my small dog, and we were super comfortable on the garden terrace. The communication with Toni, very smooth and everything is very easy. The area is very quiet, at least at this time, with the beach two steps from the apartment. Highly recommended.

My family and I had a fantastic 10 day stay. The villa had incredible views, was clean and tidy and the grounds were very private. The pool was well maintained and in the sun all day long. Our host was welcoming and very helpful. They provided flexibility with our check-in and check-out and were super quick at responding to any questions throughout our time there. Overall, we had the best stay and I would happily recommend the villa to anyone wanting a wonderful holiday in the sun.

Beautiful house to enjoy with the family or as in our case to rest comfortably on a business trip. Very good communication and very attentive. We would like to repeat.
