Casa con patio junto al mar, recién rehabilitada y diseñada con cariño para que te sientas como en casa. Consta de dos dormitorios con cama de matrimonio, un sofá cama, un baño super espacioso cocina integrada en el salón, patio y solarium. Entire place in private home

Private house is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, 15-20 minutes walk and 3-5 minutes drive from the village center and the beach. You can get there by bus, the stops for both the outward and return journeys are 50 m from the accommodation. From the rear terrace you have a view of the mountain and from the front terrace you have a panoramic view of the sea and the village. The train station is 100 m from the accommodation, ideal for visiting Denia or Altea.

Finca La Umbria is a small, comfortable casa with 5 places. There is a beautiful, large swimming pool in the olive grove with a view to kill on the rolling valley. The surroundings include pine trees, spicy steppe, vines and some hefty mountains. The area of the estate is 10 ha.
