The loft is located in a quiet residential area. The venue is surrounded by parks, restaurants and only 3 minutes drive from "El Corte Inglés" Sanchinarro Renovated new style loft perfect for a couple or up to 4 people. Casa al lado del Retiro, Ideal para familias.

Muy luminosa y sin ruidos. Hemos tenido una OBRA en la manzana de enfrente que ha generado unos ruidos molestos entre semana, ya que los fin de semana NO trabajan , pero nos ha comunicado el Ayuntamiento que finalizan el 18 de Octubre del 2025. Bien comunicada, a 5 minutos andando del Retiro y 25 minutos andando del Barrio de Salamanca. Autobuses a 3 minutos de casa , Metro parada Pacífico Linea 1_Azul y 15 minutos estación de Atocha. Muy cerca zona de Barrio Salamanca y el Parque del Retiro.
