It is a house with unique architecture, with a beautiful private patio. -Very close by car, between 10 and 15 minutes from: Atocha train station, Méndez Alvaro central bus station, Adolfo Suárez Airport (Madrid-Barajas). -Very close walking 5 minutes from: Pacífico Metro, Conde Casal Metro, biciMAD. Our accommodation is perfect for anyone who needs a place to call home.

Great loft, fully-equipped. High speed 600MB WiFi. Ideal for homeworking! Very quiet and bright with outside terrace and nice views. With free parking in front of the building and several supermarkets, restaurants and bars next door. Thanks to the bus and metro there is a very fluid, fast and easy connection with the city center. Official bike rental pickup point of "BiciMadrid" 100m from the apartment. It allows you to ride a bicycle through all of Madrid.
