Here you live centrally in Spjelkavika, just minutes from Moa shopping center, cinema, swimming pool and great hiking opportunities. There is a short distance to both illuminated trails and mountain areas for skiing and outdoor activities. The city center is about 10 min away by car. Although the public transport is good, we recommend a car.

Bright, spacious and newly renovated (2021) apartment, in scenic surroundings. 15 min drive from Ålesund city center. 5 min to Moa shopping center. The apartment is fully equipped, has a porch and a lovely view. Nice hiking areas in the immediate vicinity. Free parking, and electric car charger can be borrowed by appointment. It is possible to rent the area by the lake, with fishing equipment, 2 paddle boards and a fire pan. This is agreed with the host if needed no later than the day before. Walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacy, gym, hairdresser and restaurants

You walk straight in from street level, and to a quiet part of the building. When you enter the apartment, you will see straight down and out over the lake! On each side are the bedrooms, completely shielded from the noise of the street. Large bathroom on the same floor. Down half a staircase, and you find yourself in a voluminous room with windows partly from the floor - to the ceiling that is 4 meters up! Beautiful kitchen, nice dining area with a view, and a very cozy TV corner you will find down there. And exit to private veranda that hangs right over the lake.

An excellent starting point for many tourist attractions such as Sunnmørsalpene, Geiranger, Trollstigen, Nordangsdalen, Alnes Fyr, Giske. A spectacular and accessible area for mountain hiking, mountain tours and recreational stays in beautiful nature.

The city center is 5 minutes drive away. Mountains and hiking area easily accessible, in addition to everything Ålesund has to offer in direct proximity. The apartment has most of what you need to experience Ålesund in a pleasant way. 2 bedrooms. Available parking for up to two cars. Not suitable for children under 5 years.

Peaceful neighborhood with several playgrounds, a lake and trails. Short distanse from big mall (Moa 5 min) and downtown Ålesund 12 min. Two bedroom apartment with kitchen, living room and bathroom. You have your own floor and your own private entrance. The garden and a playhouse is shared with us when we are home, but we do respect your privacy. You will have your own parking spot, and it is possible to charge an electric car at no charge (Chademo) Toys, books and tv streaming is available.

Nice beatiful studio 30sqm in the 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in the basement. Close to the NTNU.

Fjord view in centre w/parking

Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

Our place is close to Ålesund Airport. Ålesund airport. Great nature. Rural and quiet. Yet only 20 min. by car to Ålesund city center. My place is good for couples, lone travelers, and business travelers. Can also be suitable for a small family. (Extra mattresses).
