Furthermore, it is a 5 min. drive to the shopping center Moa with 200 shops, and 15 min. drive to the center of Ålesund. The property has 1.3 acres to play on, covered terrace with radiant stove.

Immediate proximity to a great football field that is open to everyone and a sand volleyball court. Visit the Atlantic Park and Sunnmøre Museum. The children will enjoy the Animal Club in Borgundgavlen.
