Here you can enjoy the sunrise that reflects in the lake in the morning and in the evening you can watch the stars while relaxing in the jacuzzi. OAH 1870 Oldest Alesund House

Welcome to OAH-1870, the oldest surviving house in Ålesund’s city center – a charming cultural treasure built in 1870. This unique home withstood the devastating fire of 1904, preserving not only its original character but also a true piece of local history. Peaceful neighborhood with several playgrounds, a lake and trails. Short distanse from big mall (Moa 5 min) and downtown Ålesund 12 min. Two bedroom apartment with kitchen, living room and bathroom. You have your own floor and your own private entrance. The garden and a playhouse is shared with us when we are home, but we do respect your privacy. You will have your own parking spot, and it is possible to charge an electric car at no charge (Chademo) Toys, books and tv-streaming is available.

Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

Recently renovated, fully equipped with a lovely veranda and nature right outside the door. Guests may also rent our boathouse with SUP boards, fishing gear and a fire pan.
