The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

Design Loft "Chez Mone & Harry"

The chez mone & harry loft is nestled amidst orchards and vineyards at the edge of the historic village centre of Algund, near Merano, 5 min by car. You enter the third floor through a modern dependance, where product designer Harry Thaler and curator Simone Mair live with their three children. Harry took great pleasure in transforming a 50m2 attic into a warm, minimalistic dream loft in sustainable materials.

Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. At the foot of Tyrol Castle, just outside Merano, our farm is surrounded by its own vineyards. In a very short time, the Tappeinerweg, the Waalweg, but also the old town of Merano can be reached. The farm appears to have been mentioned in a document for the first time in 1323. A mighty round arch vault and iron doors still bear witness to the time.
