A few minutes walk to restaurants, shops and Sergio cardel Tram station, ten minutes to albufereta beach (small, safe and calm waters for mature and Young people) and 20 aprox. to Playa San Juan (4 kms of white sand) Good transport and easy access to other cities as Benidorm by tram.
