Located on the 5th floor with amazing views and stunning sunrises. All amenities are within a short walking distance. The apartment is equiped for a comfortable stay - a home away from home beach holiday. The local area is a very popular destination for hiking and cycling with an abundance of natural parks, mountain ranges and coastal routes.

Surrounded by restaurants, bars, nightclubs, supermarkets, a casino, and a market, without the need to take the car. Perfect for a pleasant stay.

Independent studio. With a kitchen without burners.

Our accommodations are brand new with their own personality, adults only (+16). We have large gardens, an infinity pool, and direct private access to the beach. The entire complex is surrounded by a pine mountain, thus combining the feeling of sea and mountain. The studio is totally independent, the kitchen does not have a stove. Free parking upon request. Daily cleaning upon request.

Apartment with a separate bedroom located in the heart of Alicante. The building was completed in 2024. Everything is brand new. The Central Market and Alicante Theatre are 50 meters away. Postiguet Beach is a 10-minute walk away. There are many restaurants, bars, and shops in the surrounding area. However, the street is very quiet. The building has an elevator.
