Not recommended for self-driving guests, as free parking is very limited nearby!And the house is located in the ancient city conservation area, vehicles are prohibited from entering!!!The house is located on the most scenic old street in the center of Alicante, a must-see for internet-famous places. It is located halfway up the hill of Santa Barbara Castle, facing the sea, with warm spring flowers.The house has two rooms, one living room, one kitchen, one bathroom with shower.The house is a detached home on the ground floor, nearly a hundred years old and has been remodeled.We guarantee that every time it will be carefully cleaned and washed bed linen changed.There is an induction cooker, oven, microwave, coffee maker and other kitchen items in the kitchen.Two large towels and two small towels are provided in the bathroom.The house is on the hillside below the castle, because in the city center, there is no free parking nearby, but there is underground toll parking within four minutes walk from the house.The house is on a hill with a very beautiful view, but it may not be suitable for elderly and physically weak guests and guests with babies, as there are more than a dozen steps.From the stairs of the street, you can reach the highest part of the majestic Santa Barbara Castle, overlooking the whole city, ten minutes down is the charming beach, the cathedral, the city hall........Taxis can get to the entrance of the street.The check-in time we set is 3pm and we will try to let you in before two.

The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooms has four real beds The beach and village are easily accessible by car. One can choose between several sand, pebble, and rock beaches. Jávea has its own golf club, tennis club and manage. Bicycles can be rented at the port, which also contains a sailing school. This lovely spot filled with sunshine is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the holiday feeling at the Costa Blanca.

The Villa is located in a quiet residential area 10 min away from the Beach. With a pool, a gorgeous garden and a bbq pit, the house is the perfect place to enjoy the Spanish sun with the family.
