Holiday rentals with breakfast in Alkmaar

The owner was quite friendly and attentive, provided detailed instructions on how to use it, and the interior space was quite welcoming, luckily finding this option provided us with great memories in the local area, had the opportunity to hopefully come back, we will miss Vox's:)

Johan is a very friendly host who is available to support guests. The place is really nice and matches the photos - the kids enjoyed the accommodation of the beds, which is really nice. Impeccable cleanliness, quiet, and it's really easy to check in and check out. Lots of information and activities around Volendam

We had a wonderful holiday at Willems' place, I did not expect to be in his house but everything is done to be comfortable. A small booklet is put down so we know what to do in the area. It helps a lot and is super responsive when asked how to access a place. Thanks again

We had a great time at Inda's place. It was very centrally located, walkable distance to shops, restaurants and museums. Public transport to the beach nearby. Inda was very responsive and made us feel right at home.We'd love to stay here again.

Laren is a delightful town and David and Fleur's house is well maintained, beautifully decorated and with very high quality and full amenities. There was really nothing missing and we felt very much at home. The garden is also beautiful, the seating area invites you to relax, the ping pong table and sauna in the garden were still a special icing on the cake that we liked to use. The shops in the village such as a supermarket, bakery, etc. are within walking distance and yet you are quickly in the area in nature for hiking with the dog. Handover and communication was impeccable, helpful and quick. Overall everything very positive and likeable, only recommended!

What a fantastically beautiful place. Wonderful in nature, beautiful blooming garden and tranquility everywhere. Welcoming, full of comforts, fresh flowers in the rooms, distilled water, really everything was there. Should even stay a little longer. In short, fantastic!

Mijntje was a great host with fantastic communication before and during the stay. We loved the interior style of the house, the little garden and the neighbourhood. It was super stylish, yet cozy. :-) Little tip: During the cold season make sure you have some slippers with you, as the flooring is partly made of concrete.

I LOVED this beautiful home and location. The view out of the front bedroom of the canal was stunning and the view from the back bedroom was intimate and charming and peaceful. This Airbnb far exceeded my expectations. There were wonderful restaurants directly in the neighborhood, and the whole city is easy to access via walking and public transportation. If we come back to Amsterdam we want to stay here again.

With my friends we had a lovely stay at Judith's. We were warmly welcomed. Judith is very friendly and responsive. The accommodation is clean, well-equipped, tidy and spacious. It is close to amenities (Lidl 5 min & downtown Amsterdam 30 min, by car). The beds are very comfortable (we slept like babies). The tranquility that reigns there is just great. As you can see, I recommend Judith's accommodation, you won't be disappointed.

It was a nice short stay at Henk's, we felt comfortable and can recommend the accommodation!

My stay was absolutely perfect! Laura was there to greet me promptly at check in time with information on the city, restaurant recs and lovely conversation. The building is old and gorgeous only adding to the experience. With fresh sheets, towels and waterfall shower! The neighborhood is quaint and cute with everything you need in walking distance. It was a treat to be right on the canal as well. Laura brought breakfast each morning with a healthy assortment of breads, fresh fruit and more. (I'm pretty sure that was freshly squeezed fruit juice as well?!) Absolutely fantastic experience!

We went on vacation to the Netherlands and stayed at Judith's house. She was always very attentive to us in case we needed anything, something to eat or whatever. She brought us plenty of food and was always very kind to us. The house is great and we were very comfortable. Thank you very much for everything, Judith!

Greatly enjoyed staying at Nancy’s place. Unfortunately when we stayed in Bussum, the train to Amsterdam had maintenance so we had to take a train with two or three stops making it an hour train ride instead of 15 minutes, which wasn’t expected, but the place was so great and Nancy was so accommodating and communicative. Such a nice place to stay! We also enjoyed how parking was right outside of the building, making it easy to go back and forth if needed. And literally was a few minutes walk to a drug store and grocery store, so all in all, loved where we stayed and it was great for me and my family with a toddler.

We were two for 2 nights there. The reception was very warm and friendly. The bikes available were a great way to go for a cozy evening lap or to be able to shop in less than 20 minutes. With our car, we drove to Zandvoort to the sea in just under 1 hour. It was incredibly relaxing and the area is very nice.

Excellent find for three days in Amsterdam. Excellent location easily accessible from the station by tram. Very friendly host who left chips and beer 🙂. Bars and restaurants nearby. Very quiet at night because of modern windows. Well equipped kitchen.

It was a really great vacation! The apartment is centrally located right on the village square above the bakery overlooking the best ice cream parlor in the Netherlands, beautiful dunes and the path to the beach. In the morning, an excellent breakfast is delivered to the hallway and then the (beach) day can also start. We were able to park our beach gear right downstairs in the entrance and could also use the washing machine, that was great. In the apartment we found it very comfortably furnished, there was nothing missing and it was also clean. The only thing we imagined differently was the volume of fans from the bakery in the children's room and on the patio, especially with the window open in summer. But if you have a deep sleep, it won't disturb you. We will be happy to come back! Thank you!

We felt very comfortable with Sharon and Djurre from the beginning. They are particularly friendly and approachable hosts and are helpful in every way and open to questions. The apartment is fully equipped and very comfortable due to a generous interior design. Every morning, Sharon prepared a lavish and very varied breakfast that we very much enjoyed. The location of the apartment is very convenient: You can easily and quickly reach many interesting places and tourist attractions from here. In short, we can warmly recommend the place to everyone. This air bnb was beautiful! In the best location for the tulips. We borrowed the bikes and used these for the whole of our stay. Overall would recommend staying here and couldn’t fault it!

Small but super cozy and functionally furnished room overlooking the unobstructed nature. Location right behind the dyke in a former village church. In the morning, a delicious breakfast awaited us in the landlord's living room. We will be happy to come back.

We had a pleasant time at Simone's place. The accommodation was very nice, close to transportation and not too far from the train station. Having our little independence within the accommodation allowed us to wander our activities without fear. A very comfortable accommodation and very warm hosts with many tips and recommendations. We had a fabulous time at Monique’s place. The view across to the windmills of Zaanse Schans was a real highlight, right up there with the breakfasts. We were unaware that the day after our arrival was King’s Day but Monique very kindly looked up the public transport timetable for us which ensured our trip into Amsterdam to join pre-booked tours went without a hitch. Monique’s checkout flexibility also allowed a second visit to Zaanse Schans which we really appreciated. Thank you so much Monique, staying with you was a wonderful end to our travels.

An experience to do, convenient to get to Texel

I have rarely had such a nice little apartment. There was nothing missing, everything was picobello clean. The bed was very good and at night it was absolutely quiet. I slept better than at home Breakfast was very rich and varied, special requests were addressed, and there were small surprises every day, thank you Maret and Pepijn. If I need a break again, I'll be happy to come back.
