Near the way of St James you will find our house with the lovely holiday home in country house style. It is surrounded by lavender and the garden. The patio offers you time to relax. By foot you need about 20 min to the Marburg castle and to the old part of the town. Private entrance, parking spot outside the house. Terasse. Private access. Parking in front of the house. Patio. The Marburg-Ockershausen district starts after Universitätsstrasse. It is a quiet neighbourhood towards southwest Marburg. The district Marburg-Ockershausen is close by the central quarter of the universitystreet. It is a quiet area to live in the southwest of the city of marburg.

We discovered our cottage in the beautiful Westerwald by chance in 2019 – and immediately fell in love. Between March 2020 and August 2021, we transformed it with a lot of passion and attention to detail into a place where you can relax and recharge your batteries. As a trained hotel manager, I am particularly passionate about bringing people closer to the small and large beauties of life: through time for themselves, with family or simply in nature. Whether alone, as a couple or with children: our cottage invites you to switch off, feel, and pause. A place to find yourself (again) – and to celebrate life.

Wolfsmühle, romantic country house in the great outdoors

Detached country house in meadows and forests in an absolutely secluded location. Hiking/bike trails start right at the house. There is a great covered barbecue with a fireplace. The beautiful garden can be used in many ways. A table tennis table, a football table and a dartboard are in the double garage and offer fun in any weather. The beautiful antique country house style immediately invites you to relax. The kitchen is well equipped. Outside of the holidays, we can often extend the check-in/check-out times.

Time out by the lake

The quaint cottage Gabi is located above the Hennese lake & offers a beautiful view of the Sauerland countryside. It is fully made of wood inside & exudes cozy coziness in a quaint atmosphere. Courtesy as before 30 years! It offers a living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms with TEMPUR mattresses, sheep couch in the living room & bedroom floor on about 51 m ², so that there is space for 5-6 guests. The 2 terraces & the garden invite you to linger with wonderful views.

Hüttenzauber - lovely vacation home

The vacation home is about 90 square meters and can accommodate 2-6 people, spread over 3 bedrooms. On the first floor is the modern furnished living-dining room with open kitchen, a pellet fireplace, a bedroom and the shower room. The kitchen offers all amenities with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker and toaster. On the upper floor, there is a large bedroom with panoramic windows and an extra sofa bed. The 2 single beds in the anteroom can be built together to form a 160 bed

Apartment Broche, vacation from everyday life

Cozy apartment since September 2017 in a very quietly located former farmhouse on the edge of the forest. If you are looking for hustle and bustle, you will not find it here. However, if you want to switch off and are looking for relaxation, you have come to the right place. Certified by the DTV with 3 stars. If desired, the refrigerator (for a fee) can be filled. In the garden there is a spacious garden house, which we also make available to our guests by arrangement.

Half-timbered house with loft bed

A small half-timbered house sleeps 4 - 5 people. On the first floor are the entrance area and the kitchen, upstairs the bathroom, the bedrooms and the living room. The bedroom has a double bed, 180 cm. In addition, there is a loft bed level for two people, 140 cm above the living room. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for 1 person. The ladder to the loft bed cannot be removed or locked. You should consider this if you want to travel with children.

Large house with 5 bedrooms and garden

The former inn offers plenty of space in a quiet neighborhood. It has a large kitchen, a cozy living-dining area, a 100 m² hall, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 guest toilets. In the garden you can sit and barbecue in the countryside (also covered). Located on the edge of the Burgwald, on the German Fairy Tale Route, it is an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling or excursions by car to e.g. Marburg (14 km), Winterberg (47 km) or Edersee (57 km).

In the idyllic village Königshagen you will find our beautifully restored half-timbered farmhouse. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

Helle neue und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung (50qm) mit großer Terasse (Gartenmöbel) in Süd-westlage und gemütlichem Flair in ruhiger Lage mit separaten Eingang. Für 2-4 Personen (Person 3 & 4 Schlafsofa) am Rande von Winterberg. Für 2 Personen perfekt, mit 4 Personen ist es eng. Ein Hund kostet 20 Euro pro Aufenthalt und muss mit der Kurtaxe vor Ort bezahlt werden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

Our lovingly furnished, cozy vacation home is located in the idyllic village of Lützel, which, with its location right on the Rothaarsteig, offers the ideal accommodation for hikers, families or couples. In addition to the large garden, a south-facing terrace and a south-facing balcony offer the opportunity to relax by the fish pond or in the sauna.

300-year-old house in the historic old town

Our small historic, listed half-timbered house from 1727 is located just behind the bell tower in the beautifully restored old town of Arnsberg. The house offers 60 m² of living space on three floors and is occupied solely by the guests. A lockable basement offers space for bicycles and other equipment.
