Cette ancienne ferme datant de 1800 peut loger confortablement 10 personnes sur 2 niveaux et 150m² habitables. Ce chalet comprend 5 chambres , 2 salles de douche et 2 toilettes séparées. Il se situe aux Villards sur Thônes , à 900 m d'altitude, à égale distance de la Clusaz et du Grand Bornand et proche de Annecy. Une rénovation complète en 2018 a été réalisée en conservant l'esprit d'authenticité qui marque ce type d'habitat . Le chalet n'est pas adapté aux Personnes à Mobilité Réduite.

Départ des pistes de ski de fond et Raquettes (location sur place), VTT, sentiers de randonnée... Véronique et Fabien MOREL vous mettent gratuitement à disposition , lit bébé, chaise haute, poussette , landau ...pour votre enfant ainsi que des raquettes à neige, des luges.

Charming little chalet in a breathtaking environment with great hikes and lots of activities in the immediate vicinity. In winter, direct access to baby lift, easy pistes and free ski bus. For 2 couples or couple with 1-2 kids (high chair available for small child). Ground floor: living-dining-room & kitchen, bathroom with tub. 1st floor: two bedrooms with a double bed each +1 single bed.
