5th floor apartment with elevator, stunning views of the valley. Close to the slopes (road to cross). Access to sledding and skiing slopes. Very well located next to the shopping mall (various shops) You can get everywhere on foot. Parking a little further down to park your car and not touch it throughout the stay (minute stop in front of the residence) Ski box available at the entrance to the residence. Keys are handed over in person by our kind caretaker Philippe. Looking forward to welcoming you.

Very beautiful 2 rooms, quiet, facing the mountains

Beautiful 2 rooms furnished in 2011, everything is new. Kitchenette washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine..etc. Very comfortable bed (purchase 2016). Possibility of eating out in summer in front of the Val d 'Allos mountains. Located 2km from the medieval village of Colmars les Alpes. Supermarket in the village well equipped. Possibility of hiking from the chalet without taking the car. Very quiet no immediate neighborhood.
