In the heart of the Tanneron Massif, between mimosas and eucalyptus forest, you will enjoy the calm and enjoy a colorful and fragrant nature. You will be very close to the hiking trails offering incredible views, and not far from the sea (20 minutes by car). Wi-Fi & breakfast included ( the breakfast is tea coffee toast fruits in self service between 8/11am) -5mn from the beach and right in the center of Nice. "This is a shared accommodation with me and it’s gay friendly . This is a bed and breakfast, the kitchen is not accessible for lunch or dinner, those are to be taken outside.

At 3 min from the sea, 3 min from the shopping streets of the center, 20 min by bus from the airport, 10 min walk from the railway station !! Superb Bed and Breakfast, very contemporary at the last stage of a Haussmann style building in the most beautiful area of Nice: the square of Gold.
