Welcome to "Villa La Marmotte" located in an idyllic setting between Nice and Monaco. The villa has a large terrace with a breathtaking panoramic sea view where you can sunbathe or enjoy a magical sunset! A lovely garden where you can eat in the shade under the tangerine tree on hot days. A living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds, equipped kitchen, shower room, separate toilet, wifi, television, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave & only a 10 minutes walk to the beach . Au cœur du quartier touristique dans le vieux Nice superbe studio rénové à neuf,climatisé. Salle de bain douche à l'italienne, cuisine très bien équipée, coin salon avec TV, coin nuit avec lit face à une télé et une cheminée. L'appartement est bien insonorisé, au cœur d'une zone piétonne, proche des plages, du Cours Saleya ,du marché aux fleurs .Très au calme tout en étant au cœur de l'animation et de la vie niçoise avec ses restaurants, boutiques, spécialités niçoises. Le tram est à 2 minutes.

Newly renovated studio with a private sunny terrace located in the Antiques district close to the Port of Nice. The 24 m2 studio (+ 7 m2 terrace) has a light, airy open-plan living space including a fully equipped kitchen-diner, lounge/bed room with a top quality Italian fold-down sofa bed. Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator. The new tram line - just 300m away - is a real advantage (see Getting Around below).

My accommodation is located on the ground floor of a house, on two levels, in the center of the village. Faces south, not overlooked, Parking nearby. The village opens its hikes to the Gordolaque. Dogs accepted, please let us know. Dinners on request, served on site. Everything is included: sheets, towels, linens, and breakfast available on the first day. Respect Covid, Internal rules, Inventory on departure. Keys handed over by me. Clean air and Nature: Dare to Adventure!

Small atypical house near Le Corbusier cabin

Cottage between Monaco and Menton above the Eileen Gray-Le Corbusier site. Access only on foot via a path full of steps. Sea and beach at your feet. 180° sea view If you like nature, you will be happy in our Mediterranean garden. If you're looking for the unusual, the change of scenery is there. You can come by train, the station is at the bottom of the house, by car, the road is above, where we park them. Dry toilets Very close to the paragliders of Mt. Gros. RCM

Very nice apartment located in the heart of the village with a view of the Pré de Cabris. Beautiful Provençal village with many shops (restaurants, snacks, bakery, café, tobacconist, grocery store, newsstand, bookstore). Gourmet restaurant in the village overlooking the Côte d'Azur. Not to be missed! Close to the sea (20-min drive), Lake Saint-Cassien, the Siagne and the mountains. Free parking nearby (Breakfast includes coffee capsules and tea bags)

My cottage in Pélasque ***

Air-conditioned apartment 45 minutes from Nice airport and Saint Augustin train station (accessible by bus line 90), in the Vésubie valley, at the gates of the Mercantour National Park, with many outdoor activities and places of interest nearby. There is a Carrefour Market open 7/7 and 24/24 gas station 10 minutes from the accommodation by car. The first restaurant is in the center of the village 5 minutes drive away, I can book you a table there.
