Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Altamaha River

The home was Pristine!! There were a lot of extras inside the home for us to enjoy and were much appreciated!! The home was very clean, the yard was beautifully maintained! Carmelo communicated beforehand all of the information as to getting in to the home, locking the door when leaving…etc. The entire experience was amazing!!

The house was gorgeous! A beautiful place to stay, and we were in love with the wallpaper (especially in the bathrooms). It easily fit our group of 8, and Aniston was a lovely host who addressed our issues with a previous guest in a timely and caring manner. Would recommend, and if we stay in Savannah again we will be looking here first!

We've stayed in vacation rentals in St. Simons a number of times. This one was by far the best we've found. It was clean, spacious, welcoming, and comfortable. Next time we go we'll look to book here first.

We stayed at this property evacuating during hurricane Milton. Kathy was very empathetic, responsive, and kind enough to let us check in early. The property was nice and clean, very quiet and great neighbors. Would happily stay here again whenever I come back to the island!

We had a great time! Amanda’s place is super convenient to downtown Savannah, and the house was adorable and clean which we super appreciated. Very quiet neighborhood as well!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming, thoughtfully renovated home! The unique blend of Asian-inspired furniture and art gave the space a calming, inviting feel, while the beach house touches made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Barry was especially attentive and welcoming, quick to respond to questions and always eager to make sure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

This is a gorgeous farmhouse in a quiet area. Nicely furnished with a combination of modern kitchen and bathrooms with rustic farmhouse decor. Great place for our large family!

Parrot’s Landing was perfect for getting our kids & grandkids together. The little ones were so entranced by all the features of the house we had trouble getting them to the beach at first. But the beach was so handy we did get them there at least twice a day. The house is laid out so as to give everyone privacy when they want, but several great common areas for play, conversation or watching video. And Jekyll Island itself is a great place for walking and biking.

The house was perfect. up the stairs in the back. 2 bedrooms with extra small room with daybed/trundle and the added sleeper sofa were nice. Our group of 7 all had a place to sleep. pros: location! (neighboring cafe/eatery++), large balcony, clean, house hold supplies present. nice to have 2 bathrooms with 7 females for sure. love the character of this older home. coffee bar was a nice touch. cons: issue with back door closing securely (required a good pull to ensure locked), uncomfortable mattresses 😟, lack of mirrors, no broom?, just FYI single panel windows so noisy (may want to bring sound machine if you're a light sleeper). We enjoyed our stay! and would definitely recommend!

What a GEM! Pardon the pun Jewell :) We stayed for 6 wks- Feb thru March. Absolutely loved the location, property and Jewell was a perfect host. Had contacted her a couple times for questions, she was responsive and pleasant. The house fit our needs spot on. Very happy to have been able to find such a great place that allowed my 2 well behaved cats. Used the back patio many times, it was a great space. The house had all the amenities you would need, absolutely everything. We drove from Maine with a Thule full of clothes and some odds and ends. We took advantage of the perfect location into Savannah. Downtown is about 1 mile away, totally walkable. There is a free bus 2.5 blocks away that takes you into town. Area is safe and no problem parking. We went to 29 different sites by bus, walking into town or day trips by car. We ate at 27 different eateries and restaurants. There is SO much to do My advice is 'DO NOT WAIT to book this perfect spot' We'll be back next year

Great location. Close to the park. Easily walkable to everything. Master bedroom was large, spacious and comfortable. Tons of light. Bathrooms were updated and very clean. Living area was a bit tight, but there was enough seating for the three of us. I loved having a parking space included. Diana was an excellent host and extremely responsive.

Perfect location! Amanda and Drew communicated well with us before and during our stay. Loved that.

The accomadation was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. it was a lovely place to come home to after a long day of walking and exploring. Ron was gracious and generous with his time and went out of his way to helpus when we had a snafu with our next accomadations. The nieghborhood is quiet and centrally located. I would highly recommend!

This place was a Gem and in the perfect location! Taller travelers: Just a heads up🤣 I agree with a previous review stating the shower head does sit a little lower if you have a taller guest, so my husband was already aware of this:) For traveling parents: It was just a touch difficult bathing my toddler in the shower (no bath and was stone/tile) but we made it work☺️ a pack and play was available! Agreeing with another comment for children purposes, it is located on a louder street but not too bad for nap/bed time. Everything was as described and cozy, comfy, and walkable. We will definitely come back to this apartment! Nancy was very kind and responsive. I hate to leave any “con” reviews ever so this is more of an “awareness” review for traveling with kiddos ❤️ we still loved it and would recommend to anyone!

This place was so awesome! Being right on the park was amazing, right after we checked checking in we looked out our window and witnessed a big beautiful wedding. It was our anniversary so of course I teared up, hugged my husband and we danced around to the faint sound of the music the bride walked down the aisle to. The location was perfect and easy to get to and from. We explored all of Savannah and headed to Tybee Island for a day for a change of scenery. Deborah was great she recommended some great restaurants and was prompt in responding. We would definitely come back!

I had a great stay at the Jungalow. Charlie was great throughout the process. If you want to have a chill time with great amenities and location, do it!
