Suitable for up to 3 we are ideally located for water sports, cycling, rock climbing or just a quiet getaway without paying extortionate beachfront or town rates. Your space is an annex attached to our family home where you have a 100% private bedroom and living space as well as kitchen and bathroom. Casa con patio junto al mar, recién rehabilitada y diseñada con cariño para que te sientas como en casa. Consta de dos dormitorios con cama de matrimonio, un sofá cama, un baño super espacioso cocina integrada en el salón, patio y solarium. Ubicada en pleno barrio de pescadores, una de las zonas con más encanto de la ciudad y con todos los servicios a tu alcance (Estación Marítima Baleària, farmacias, supermercados, restaurantes ..). It is located in the centre of Alzira, 3 minutes from the Plaza Mayor and surrounded by services. It is part of a building with a common entrance but with independent spaces (with own key), kitchen and independent bathroom on the same floor.
