Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Casa Pepita is located in the heart of Altea's old town. It's a three-story house completely outside with great ocean views. On the third floor is the master bedroom with great ocean views and a 1.80 bed, full bathroom and chill out terrace. On the second floor you will find the kitchen, living/dining room with sea views. And on the ground floor, another bathroom and bedroom/living room with two 90 cm beds.

We got this lovely house in the old town because we fell in love with the fantastic views and we are happy to share it with you. It is perfectly located, short distance to the beach, in the pedestrian area, next to Santa Barbara castle and just a step away from the famous restaurant La Ereta. In order to reach the house, there are many steps to climb, but once you get there, the sea and the old town view will take your breath away.
