Welcome to 'El Barrio'. Located on Calle Cisneros, in the old town of Alicante, this beautiful 100m2, 2-bedroom duplex penthouse has an incredible terrace with views of the Castle of Santa Bárbara. The living-dining room has a double sofa-bed and a complete kitchen with everything you need to make you feel at home. It has air conditioning, heating and high speed internet connection. There is a public parking located a few meters from the apartment.

Double room with shared bathroom

The spacious shared bathroom is shared with only one other room and is three steps from your door. These rooms are furnished with a double bed and are located on the first floor of the building without an elevator but with wide and easy-to-climb stairs.
