Diese einladende Wohnung befindet sich in der obersten Etage unseres Privathauses und ist sowohl gemütlich als auch zweckmäßig. Unsere Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und günstig gelegen, mit Wanderwegen in der Nähe und nur 11 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Bemerkung: Wir haben 3 Kinder die tagsüber mal etwas lauter sein könnten und die man oben auch hören könnte

Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit einem Boxspringbett (180x200 cm) sowie über 2x zwei Einzelbetten (je 90x200 cm). Das große Wohn- und Esszimmer lädt zum entspannen, gemeinsamen Essen und verweilen ein. Zudem gibt es zahlreiche Freizeitaktivitäten in der Umgebung.

Beautiful, cozy apartment in a central location in beautiful Lüdenscheid. The district of Gevelndorf is one of the most beautiful in Lüdenscheid. Kapellenweg is a quiet side street to switch off from everyday stress. The apartment is centrally accessible via public transport. Parking is right on the street, but you also need luck The apartment is fully equipped and designed for 1-3 people. In addition to a single bed, there is a sofa bed in the living/sleeping area.

After consultation it`s possible to use the garden and do a barbecue.
