Our Heidi House is located in the middle of the Black Forest, in a small valley surrounded by green meadows. Next to the Heidi house is the farm we live on. The Heidi house is detached and has a separate entrance, so your privacy is guaranteed. The farm is located at the end of a road, with no traffic passing through, and is surrounded by meadows, fruit trees and forest. Our own stream and a small pond with a bench on the property invite you to relax.

The property is located in Hallwangen, a quiet part of Dornstetten, ideal for anyone looking for relaxation in a natural setting. Freudenstadt, home to Germany’s largest market square, is only about 6 km away and can be reached quickly. The region offers a wealth of options for both active and relaxing days: well-developed cycling and hiking trails, diverse natural landscapes and cultural attractions make for a varied and appealing stay.

A cosy + comfy flat in the ♥️ of Black Forest🌲

Between 12.05-08.06 we can accept only a long stay. We're flexible with dates and prices, please send us a message. Our flat is 5-7 mins walk to the center. You can take the Sommerbergbahn (Funicular) to reach Baumwipfelpfad (Treetop Walk) or the Hängebrücke (Wildline). Two thermal baths and restaurants are also located in the center. A walk in our lovely Kurpark is a must. There's definitely an option for everyone in Bad Wildbad.

Sauna, animals and nature in the "Lerchennest"

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of the rustic half-timbered house built in 1890. The small town of Aach is only 5 minutes by car from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also plenty to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna for relaxing, feeding goats or hiking together, cuddly cats and much more.
