Hello to our cozy, fully equipped apartment. This is newly renovated and newly furnished and quietly located. In the village, you will find a bakery, butcher and an inn. In the neighboring village there are more shopping facilities. The Altmühl Valley Cycle Path is a few 100 m away. Distance to Ingolstadt (about 25 km) Distance to Kelheim (about 30 km) Distance to Regensburg (about 56 km) Distance to Riedenburg (about 16 km) There are some attractions in the surrounding area.

I rent out a nice little apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

Family-friendly apartments in the Hallertau (Niederumelsdorf near Siegenburg), in a quiet location and close to the A93. An ideal base for trips to Regensburg, Ingolstadt or Munich. In Siegenburg (4 km away), you will find restaurants, shops and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, there are bicycles, toys, table tennis, table football and an outdoor play area available. McDonalds, bakery and supermarkets (REWE, V-Markt) are only 500 m away and within easy walking distance.

The apartment with a spacious balcony was newly built in 2018 in the center of the village, is accessible by elevator and is located on the upper floor. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There are also 2 sofa beds in the living/dining area. We provide towels and bed linens for your stay. The car can be parked in the carport next to the house. For bicycles, there is a separate lockable storage room.

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

This apartment is located in the heart of Neuburg. Ideal for cyclists or short-term tourists who want to explore our beautiful Renaissance city of Neuburg on the Danube. The 1-room apartment is located in the attic. An elevator is available. Wi-Fi can be used. Direct shopping is within walking distance In the 1-room apartment there is a built-in kitchen, living room with TV, bathroom, bedroom with double bed 180 × 200 cm.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.

The light-flooded apartment is located in the attic of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2020 and with its 100 m² offers plenty of space to stay. On the large loggia you can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement.
